Our History
The Campaign to End Racism was founded in June 2020 in response to the murder of George Floyd, igniting a powerful call to action against systemic racism. Based in Houston, TX—the most diverse large city in the United States—we focus primarily on social action and education to foster meaningful change.
In April 2021, we launched C2ER Learn, a free, self-paced online learning platform designed to make anti-racism education accessible to everyone. Continuing to evolve with the needs of our community, we upgraded the platform in 2024 to include a mobile app, allowing users to engage in learning anytime, anywhere.
As we grow, we recognize the importance of expanding our educational reach. In April 2025, we began actively promoting the need for additional instructors and content creators to join us in building a richer, more impactful curriculum.
Our history is one of rapid growth fueled by dedication and community support, all committed to creating a more just and equitable society.
